Respect for intellectual property

VulaSocial respects the intellectual property of others and expects its members to do the same. You may only post content you own or are licensed to share.

Takedown notices

If you believe content on this node infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the designated agent (to be confirmed) including: your contact details, a description of the infringing content with a direct link, proof of ownership or the right to act, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice identifying the content and requesting restoration, together with your consent to the relevant jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of members we reasonably determine to be repeat infringers.
